Sweet syndrome is an acute
inflammatory skin disease occurring in association with fever and
leukocytosis. The skin changes appear mostly on the face and dorsal
parts of the extremities in the form of sharply demarcated,
erythematous papules and nodules. Sweet syndrome is often
associated with various systemic illnesses. The differential
diagnosis includes erythema multiforme, erythema elevatum et
diutinum or lupus erythematosus. Corticosteroids and other
immunosuppressants are used in the treatment of Sweet syndrome. We
